This site is privacy-first. It sets no analytics cookies and uses no third-party trackers, so browsing does not require a consent banner.
What we store
- la-hero-seen (sessionStorage, cleared when you close the tab): records that you have already seen the opening animation on the home page, so it does not replay every time you return to it during a visit.
That is the whole list. This one value lives in your browser only, is never transmitted to us or anyone else, and disappears when you close the tab. The site sets no cookies of its own.
Anonymous digital-card activity
Lesiba's digital card sends a short, allow-listed action name to the firm's own protected system when someone views the card or uses a contact, share, QR or consultation action. The report contains only the card name, action name and time. It does not contain names, contact details, form values, message content, cookies, device identifiers or stored IP addresses. Authorised staff see aggregate totals for the last 30 days.
What we deliberately do not use
- No analytics or measurement cookies, and no third-party analytics scripts.
- No advertising or social-media pixels, embeds, cross-site tracking or user profiles.
- No third-party map tiles on page load — the contact page uses our own drawing, and external maps open only when you click the link.
- No fingerprinting, session replay, or cross-site identifiers.
If this ever changes
Any future technology that requires consent will be introduced with a real choice: equally visible accept and reject options, no pre-ticked boxes, no dark patterns, and this notice will be updated first. Preference controls will live in the site footer.
